Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoons ground ginger
- ½ teaspooon ground cloves
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 cup dark brown sugar packed
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- ¼ cup molasses not blackstrap
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- ½ cup powdered sugar

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and line a large baking sheet pan with parchment paper or a silicone liner and set aside.
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl add all-purpose flour, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and kosher salt.
- Whisk to combine and set aside.
- In the bowl of an electric mixer or large mixing bowl, add brown sugar, oil, molasses, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Using a mixer, gently combine the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients about a cup at a time, until well combined.
- Form the dough into 1.5-inch balls, and roll in powdered sugar until completely covered.
- Place the cookies onto the prepared baking sheet pan and flatten until each cookie is 2 inches in diameter.
- Bake for 13-14 minutes in the preheated oven.
