Ingredients
- 1 whole Joseph's Lavash Wrap
- ½ cup egg whites (120g)
- ¾ cup frozen cauliflower rice (82g)
- 1 Laughing Cow Swiss cheese wedge
- 1 lice white American cheese
- 1 tbsp sugar-free raspberry jam (17g)
- 1 lice thick cut sliced ham (28g)
- 1 tsp hidden valley ranch seasoning
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp confectioner's sugar (5g)
Instructions
- Spray a microwaveable safe bowl with cooking spray. Add frozen cauliflower rice, egg whites, and ranch seasoning. Gently stir initially to combine.
- Microwave for 2 minutes to form an "egg white-cauli" patty.
- In the meantime, prepare lavash bread on top of a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Begin by spreading the laughing cow cheese and then the raspberry jam evenly in JUST the center of the wrap.
- Add the ham slice on top of cheese and jam in the center of the wrap. Then add egg white-cauli patty.
- Add the slice cheese on top, then fold into a crunch wrap. Spray both sides with cooking spray.
- Place in the oven on broil about 2-3 minutes or until wrap is golden brown. Cook on both sides, watching closely not to let the wrap burn.
- When each side is golden brown, take out and let cool for 5-10 minutes. Then top with confectioner's sugar and enjoy!
