A delicious mushroom gravy that's perfect for the holidays! This easy mushroom gravy is flavored with a tasty cooking wine and it's the perfect addition to your holiday feast!

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 6 oz mushrooms sliced
- 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup Holland House White Cooking Wine
- 1 1/2 cup vegetable stock
Instructions
- Place a pan over medium heat and melt the butter in the pan.
- Add in the sliced mushrooms and cook until they are soft and brown.
- Add in rosemary and garlic. Cook for another 2-5 minutes.
- Add in flour and stir well. Cook for a minute.
- Add in Holland House white cooking wine and stir well.
- Add in vegetable stock and stir well. Bring to simmer and cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once the mushroom gravy thickens, turn the heat off and serve the gravy.
