My 3 Favorite Marinades

I have three yummy marinades to share that are perfect for grilling this summer! It's tastier to make your own marinades, and it's better for you too.

Ingredients

Servings

Italian Marinade

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Asian Marinade

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup cilantro freshly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons ginger freshly peeled and minced
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil toasted
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 3 garlic minced, cloves

Greek Marinade

  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1/4 cup parsley just leaves, fresh
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons oregano dried
  • 1 teaspoon thyme dried
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients for desired marinade and pour over meat. Cover and refrigerate for up to 24 hours before grilling.
