My 3 Favorite Marinades

I have three yummy marinades to share that are perfect for grilling this summer! It's tastier to make your own marinades, and it's better for you too.

Ingredients
Italian Marinade
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Asian Marinade
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup cilantro freshly chopped
- 2 tablespoons ginger freshly peeled and minced
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil toasted
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 3 garlic minced, cloves
Greek Marinade
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1/4 cup parsley just leaves, fresh
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons oregano dried
- 1 teaspoon thyme dried
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients for desired marinade and pour over meat. Cover and refrigerate for up to 24 hours before grilling.
