Ninja Creami Pumpkin Ice Cream

This creamy fall dessert is easy to make.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese
- ½ cup (115g) pumpkin purée
- ¾ cup (180ml) heavy cream
- ¾ cup (180ml) milk
- 2 -3 tablespoons brown sugar can add more as needed
- ¾ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice I actually like to use 1 teaspoon
Instructions
- Add pumpkin puree, cream, milk, brown sugar, cream cheese and pumpkin pie spice into a blender and blend ingredients until smooth.
- Pour the blended base into an empty Ninja CREAMi container pint, cover, and freeze on a level surface in the freezer for 24 hours.
- Remove the container from freezer, take off the lid, and place it in the Ninja CREAMi according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Process using the Ice Cream setting.
- When done, open and quickly stir. If the mixture is not soft-serve enough, you may need to add a splash or two of cream and re-spin. Feel free to repeat until you reach the desired consistency.
Notes
- Be sure to allow the mixture to freeze for the full 24 hours. It must be fully frozen in order to process correctly.
- Prep and freeze several recipes at once so you'll always have a frozen pint ready to process!
- Use the re-spin function if your ice cream isn't creamy enough.
- If after re-spinning it's still not the right texture, add a splash of cream or milk and re-spin again.
- Storage - keep in a sealed container in the freezer for up to a month.
