Ingredients

Servings
  • 3 corn on the cob
  • 1 Bacon packaged
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp butter optional

Kitchen Gadgets

  • Ninja Foodi

Instructions

  1. Place a cup of water (240ml) into the ninja foodi cooking pot or if using an 8qt or 10qt, increase this to 2 cups. Then add in your air fryer basket. Load the corn on the cob instead the basket. Season the corn well with salt and pepper and add some butter.
  2. Place the lid on the ninja foodi, set the valve to sealing and pressure cook for 2 minutes followed by a quick pressure release your corn will now be almost cooked.
  3. Then remove the air fryer basket, remove the water, and wrap the corn in bacon.
  4. Place the air fryer basket back into the ninja foodi and cook for 8 minutes on air fry function at 200c/400f. Then when the Ninja Foodi beeps then your corn on the cob is ready to serve.

Notes

  • Quantities. I have used three corn on the cobs. I don’t recommend increasing this as you want them to fit in the air fryer basket of the Ninja Foodi without them been stacked on top of each other.
