No Bake Avalanche Cookies

No Bake Avalanche Cookies combine melted white chocolate and creamy peanut butter with crunchy Rice Krispies, soft miniature marshmallows, and chocolate chips for a sweet, chewy treat. The mixture is dropped onto a cookie sheet and chilled until set, creating clusters with a mix of textures and sweet flavors. These cookies require no baking, making them a convenient option for a quick dessert or snack.

Description

No Bake Avalanche Cookies use white chocolate bark and peanut butter melted together to bind crispy Rice Krispies cereal with mini marshmallows and chocolate chips. Once combined, the batter is dropped by spoonfuls onto a lined baking sheet, then topped with extra chocolate chips before chilling. The mixture solidifies into textured clusters with chewy marshmallows and a sweet peanut butter and white chocolate flavor. The recipe avoids the oven, relying on refrigeration to set the cookies, making it simple for times when baking is not preferred or possible.

The final cookies offer a mix of crisp cereal and soft marshmallows enhanced by the sweetness of white chocolate and bursts of chocolate from the chips. They hold together well without crumbling and can be enjoyed as is or alongside a cold drink.
