No Bake Banana Pudding Cheesecake
Description
The No Bake Banana Pudding Cheesecake starts with a graham cracker crust providing a firm base. The filling blends softened cream cheese, sugar, heavy cream whipped to medium peaks, and instant vanilla pudding mixed with milk. This creates a light yet rich filling that balances tangy cream cheese and sweet pudding flavors.
Half the filling is layered in the crust, topped with sliced bananas and vanilla wafers, then covered with the remaining filling for a consistent creamy texture throughout. Additional vanilla wafers decorate the top, adding a crisp element. To prevent banana discoloration, bananas are added just before serving.
Chilling the cheesecake for at least three hours allows it to set firm and develop flavors. This no-bake dessert is suitable for warm weather or any time an easy chilled sweet is desired. Its layers combine creamy, fruity, and slightly crunchy textures for a satisfying bite.
