No Bake Cheesecake Cups

No Bake Cheesecake Cups layer a simple graham cracker crust with a creamy mixture of cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and lemon juice, all set chilled in individual cups. The soft, silky texture contrasts with the crumbly crust, offering a convenient dessert option that requires no baking. Optional fresh berries or pie fillings add a fruity topping to customize each serving. These cups are ideal for small gatherings or make-ahead treats.

Description

No Bake Cheesecake Cups combine a graham cracker crust of crushed crumbs, brown sugar, and melted butter pressed into dessert cups, topped with a fluffy cream cheese filling whipped with sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice. The addition of whipped topping lightens the texture. After assembling, the cups chill for several hours to firm up. Serving garnishes can include fresh berries, fruit pie filling, or other preferred toppings, providing a fresh contrast to the creamy base.

The dessert is served chilled, making it a refreshingly cool treat that avoids baking entirely. Its individual portions are convenient for sharing or entertaining, and the creamy filling offers a smooth, tangy flavor balanced by the sweet crust.

This recipe can be prepared in advance and refrigerated up to four days but is not suited for freezing. To ensure a smooth filling, use room-temperature cream cheese and, optionally, gently toast the crust briefly in an oven if using oven-safe cups. Various garnishes like cherry pie filling, lemon curd, or chocolate ganache allow customization to personal tastes or occasions.

  • Prepare the crust with either store-bought or homemade graham cracker crumbs and press evenly into cups.
  • Chill the assembled cups for at least four hours to set properly before adding toppings.
  • This recipe can be made several days in advance and stored in the refrigerator for up to four days, but it does not freeze well.
  • Optionally, briefly bake the crust layer in an oven-safe cup at 350°F for about 5 minutes to set the crust more firmly.
  • Customize toppings with fresh berries, fruit pie fillings, or other preferred garnishes.
