- ½ cup sugar 4oz/115g
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cups heavy cream whipping cream, 8oz/225ml
- 1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate or dark chocolate, 8oz/230g
- decorate with:
- Whipped Cream
- chocolate ganache
Notes
