Description
This recipe uses Nutter Butter cookies as a base, dipped in smooth melted white candy chocolate. Using a double boiler or microwave, the white chocolate is melted to a creamy consistency suitable for coating. Each cookie is dipped and tapped to remove excess chocolate, then placed on parchment or wax paper to set.
Once the chocolate has hardened, candy eyeballs are attached using small dabs of black frosting, which also defines the ghost's mouth. The result is a collection of white-coated cookies with expressive eyes and mouths resembling ghosts. The cookies are layered for storage with parchment between to prevent sticking.

Ingredients
- 12 Nutter Butter cookies
- 8 ounces white candy chocolate
- 16 Candy Eyeballs
- black frosting
Instructions
- Melt the white candy chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave according to the package directions.
- Dip the Nutterbutter Cookies in the melted white chocolate, tapping to remove excess chocolate. Set on the wax or parchment paper to set.
- When they are dry, add the candy eyeballs and a mouth using a small dab of black frosting. Allow to set before layering to store, using parchment between each layer.
