No Bake Hot Chocolate Lasagna

Hot Chocolate Lasagna is a delicious no bake dessert that's perfect for parties. Layered with creamy hot cocoa cheesecake, chocolate pudding and whipped cream all on top of an Oreo crust.

Ingredients

  • 36 chocolate sandwich cookies (like oreos)
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 5 envelopes hot chocolate mix
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 16 ounces whipped topping
  • 2 boxes 3.9 ounces instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 3/4 cups milk
  • 3 cups mini marshmallows
  • chocolate syrup for drizzling

Instructions

  1. In a food processor crush the cookies.
  2. Mix the cookie crumbs with the melted butter and press evenly into an 9x13 baking dish.
  3. In a large bowl using an electric mixer whip together the cream cheese, hot chocolate mix and powdered sugar.
  4. Fold in one container of the whipped topping.
  5. Spread over crust evenly.
  6. Next whisk together the pudding mix and milk until smooth.
  7. Stir in 1 cup of mini marshmallows.
  8. Spread the pudding mixture carefully over the hot chocolate layer.
  9. Top with the remaining container of whipped topping.
  10. Sprinkle the top with the rest of the mini marshmallows and drizzle over some chocolate syrup.
  11. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
