No Bake Oreo Balls

No Bake Oreo Balls combine crushed Oreo cookies and smooth cream cheese into bite-sized spheres, then coated in melted chocolate or white chocolate. These treats offer a creamy, crumbly texture inside contrasted with a crisp chocolate coating. Chilling in the freezer before dipping helps the balls hold their shape. They make easy, indulgent snacks or dessert bites without baking.

Description

This recipe starts by pulsing Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mixing them with softened cream cheese until smooth and fully combined. The mixture is rolled into small balls and frozen briefly to firm them up, which facilitates dipping.

After freezing, the balls are dipped in melted chocolate and white chocolate wafers, creating a firm, glossy coating. Half the balls are covered in one type of chocolate and half in the other, with optional drizzles or crushed Oreo pieces added on top for decoration. Chilling the coated balls further sets the chocolate before serving.

The resulting treat features a rich, creamy center with a crunchy, sweet outer shell. These no-bake Oreo Balls are convenient for occasions when oven time is limited but a sweet treat is desired.
