Crust:

  • 30 Oreo cookies
  • 1/2 cup butter unsalted

Filling:

  • 2 8 oz cream cheese softened, packages quantity not specified
  • 1/2 cup sugar granulated white
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups Cool Whip thawed
  • 20 Oreo cookies roughly chopped

Toppings:

  • whipped topping
  • Oreo cookies chopped
  • chocolate sauce

Instructions

Make the crust:

  1. Add the Oreos to a food processor and pulse until crumbs form.
  2. Add the Oreo crumbs and melted butter to a bowl and mix to combine. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate and up the sides of the pan.
  3. Set aside in the fridge to chill.

Make the filling:

  1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar with an electric mixer until fluffy. Add the chocolate syrup and vanilla extract and beat until combined.
  2. Next, using a rubber spatula, fold in Cool Whip and chopped Oreos.
  3. Spread the mixture into the prepared pie pan, level the top with a spatula, and cover it with plastic wrap.
  4. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. To serve, top the pie with whipped cream roses on the sides and extra chopped Oreos in the middle.
  6. Serve drizzled with chocolate syrup.
