No Bake Patriotic Cheesecake

No Bake Patriotic Cheesecake is a layered dessert served in shot glasses featuring a graham cracker crumb base, a creamy blend of cream cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla, topped with fresh strawberries, blueberries, and whipped cream. The dessert offers a smooth, fluffy texture paired with fresh fruit sweetness, ideal for festive occasions requiring individual servings without baking.

Description

This No Bake Patriotic Cheesecake assembles crushed graham cracker crumbs as a base in small shot glasses. The creamy layer mixes whipped cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and heavy cream until fluffy and smooth. Fresh strawberries are sliced and layered over the crumb base before piping the cream cheese mixture on top.

The dessert is garnished with blueberries and a dollop of whipped cream, adding fresh brightness and a light finish. The preparation avoids baking, relying on the cream cheese mixture's whipped texture to set the dessert in individual portions, making it convenient to serve in gatherings.

The combination of the crunchy crumb, creamy filling, and fresh fruits provides varied textures and flavors, evoking a patriotic theme through the choice of red and blue berries. This makes it suitable for celebrations or as a colorful, no-bake sweet treat.
