  • 4 cups Cheerios
  • 4 cups rice cereal crisp
  • 2 cups peanuts dry roasted
  • 2 cups M&M's
  • 2 cups light corn syrup
  • 1 ¾ cups sugar
  • 2 ½ cups peanut butter creamy
  • 1 ¾ teaspoons vanilla

Instructions

  1. Spray a 15'' x 10'' x 1 with non stick spray. Set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cereals, peanuts and M&Ms. Set aside.
  3. In a medium sized saucepan bring the corn syrup and sugar to a boil, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla.
  4. Pour syrup mixture over the cereal mixture in the large mixing bowl. Toss to coat evenly.
  5. Spread mixture into prepared pan. Let sit until mixture is set.

Notes

  • Wrap individual bars in parchment or plastic wrap to prevent sticking when stored.
  • Layer parchment paper between bars in an airtight container if stacking for storage.
  • Keep bars at room temperature for 3-4 days or refrigerate up to one week to maintain freshness.
