  • 1 Oreo Pie Crust pre-made
  • 8 oz. cream cheese I used fat-free, any kind works, softened
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder can omit, 30g
  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter powder
  • 1 tsp stevia liquid form
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract pure
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip softened and separated, lite

Optional Topping Ideas for Presentation:

  • Reese's chopped, miniature
  • Oreo Pie Crust crumbled or Oreo cookies, extra
  • peanut butter for drizzle

Instructions

  1. In the bowl of a stand mixer (or with a hand mixer), add the cream cheese and mix for 1 minute or until creamy. 
  2. Add the protein powder, peanut butter powder, liquid stevia, and vanilla; mix again until ingredients are incorporated. 
  3. Fold in half the container of cool whip and stir until it is completely mixed in. 
  4. Add the peanut butter mixture to the bottom of the pie crust and spread out evenly. Then, top the pie with the remaining cool whip and smooth evenly across the pie. 
  5. Cover the pie and place in the freezer for a minimum of 2 hours.  
  6. When ready to serve, top with chopped Reese’s and crumbled oreo pie crust, if desired, and enjoy! 
  7. For a softer pie, keep stored in the fridge, for a more solid pie, keep stored in the freezer and let defrost at room temperature for 30 minutes before eating.
