No Bake Snickers Bar Pie

This is one of the easiest and most delicious no bake pies that you make. You will love the snickers pieces in every bite!

Crust

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs about 12 whole crackers
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup butter melted, salted

Snickers Filling

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup peanut butter crunchy
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces whipped topping thawed
  • 6 full-sized Snickers bar chopped, reserve some for top
  • peanuts for topping if desired, chopped
  • caramel sauce for topping if desired

Instructions

Crust

  1. Add 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs, ¼ cup granulated sugar, and melted ½ cup salted butter, to a medium bowl and mix until combined. It should resemble damp sand. (You can also use a pre-made crust instead).
  2. Press the mixture evenly into a 9-inch pie pan, going all the way up the sides. Use your fingers or the bottom of a flat measuring cup or glass to really pack the crumbs together.
  3. Chill the crust in the refrigerator while you prepare the filling.

Snickers Filling

  1. Add 8 ounces cream cheese, ½ cup crunchy peanut butter, and 1 cup powdered sugar to a large bowl and beat with a hand mixer or a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment until well combined.
  2. Fold in 8 ounces whipped topping, followed by the chopped 6 full-sized Snickers Bars, reserving a few of the Snickers for garnishing the top.
  3. Spread the filling evenly in the chilled pie shell and top with the reserved Snickers, and chopped peanuts,. Chill for at least 3 hours.
  4. Drizzle with caramel sauce, before serving.
