No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Icebox Cake Recipe

This No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Icebox Cake layers cheesecake-flavored pudding, Cool Whip, fresh sliced strawberries, and graham crackers in a refrigerated dessert. The pudding sets the custard base while the Cool Whip adds creamy lightness. The graham crackers soften on chilling, creating a cake-like texture with fresh fruit brightness from the strawberries on each layer.

Description

The No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Icebox Cake Recipe builds an easy layered dessert starting with graham crackers as the base. Cheesecake-flavored pudding made with milk sets into a creamy layer combined with fluffy Cool Whip. Fresh strawberries sliced in half offer natural sweetness and juicy texture interspersed within the layers.

The cake is assembled in a 9x13 pan with alternating layers of graham crackers, pudding, Cool Whip, and strawberries, repeated three times. The dessert is refrigerated for at least four hours or overnight, allowing the graham crackers to soften and the flavors to meld into a creamy, fruit-studded cheesecake-like treat without baking.

Before serving, a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs on top adds texture and completes the presentation. This chilled dessert works well for warm days or casual gatherings.
