Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup white chocolate melted and slightly cooled, chips or chopped
  • 3 Tbsp sour cream
  • 5 Tbsp Cool Whip thawed
  • 2 tsp lemon zest ½
  • tartlet shells pre-made
  • fresh berries for garnish
  • mint for garnish, fresh
  • powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy.
  2. Add melted white chocolate and sour cream and beat until combined.
  3. Gently fold in cool whip and lemon zest.
  4. Spoon into tartlet shells and top with fresh berries, lemon zest, mint, and dust with powdered sugar.
