No Churn Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

This no churn homemade mint chocolate chip ice cream recipe is so easy! Use simple ingredients to make this a smooth and creamy ice cream treat

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 1 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 teaspoon mint extract
  • 3-4 green food coloring optional, drops
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Using a mixer, blend together the heavy cream, condensed milk, mint extract and green food coloring for about 5 -7 minutes until thick. (it will not peak like whipping cream but will just become thicker.
  2. Pour the mixture into a freezer safe container. I used a loaf pan.
  3. Cover and freeze for 2 hours.
  4. Remove from freezer and add the chocolate chips.
  5. Stir with a knife to mix in the chocolate chips.
  6. Cover and freeze for an additional 6 hours.
