- ¼ cup (2 ½ oz/71 g) honey
- 1 large egg
- 1 ⅓ cups (6 ½ oz/185 g) whole wheat flour
- 1 cup (5 oz/142 g) all-purpose flour
- 2 ¼ teaspoons baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
