- 3 cups (15oz/426g) all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup (4 oz/115g) Butter, melted
- 1/2 cup (4oz/115g) cream cheese, room temperature
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/4 cup ( 7 1/2oz/213g) light brown sugar
- 1 cup (4oz/115g) powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons baking powder, leveled
- 2 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 1/4 cup (2oz/57g) Butter, room temperature
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup (6oz/170g) Butter, cold and cubed
- 1 cup (8oz/225g) sour cream
- 2 large egg yolks*
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Notes
- Egg substitute: 4 tablespoons of sour cream or yogurt
