Air Fryer Bagels Recipe (No Yeast!)

Ready in under 30 minutes, these homemade air fryer bagels are so simple but delicious! This easy no-yeast bagel recipe can be easily customized with any of your favorite bagel toppings!

Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 cups Greek yogurt plain, full fat
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder optional
- 1 tablespoon onion powder optional
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 egg beaten for the egg wash
- everything Bagel seasoning or seasoning of choice
Instructions
- Combine the flour, greek yogurt, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, with 2 tablespoons of water in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix with a machine (I use a KitchenAid) or by hand, until the dough is well combined. The dough will be thick and a little tacky.
- On a floured surface, cut the dough into 8 even pieces. (I cut mine in half, then halved those halves twice.)
- Roll out each of the pieces into approximately 8-8.5 inch long logs before pinching the ends together into a loop/bagel shape.
- Brush the top of the bagels with a beaten egg and sprinkle on top the seasoning of your choice.
- Air fry at 350F for 12 minutes.
