Ingredients
- 7 tablespoons butter softened at room temperature, unsalted
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- salt pinch
- 1 1/4 cup dark chocolate mixed, chunks
- 1 1/4 cup milk chocolate mixed, chunks
- 1/4 cup Nutella (more or less to taste)
Notes
- Fill these Nutella-Stuffed Cookies with as little or as much Nutella as you like.
- Feel free to use any other chocolate spread or cookie butter to fill these chocolate chip cookies.
