  • 3 pineapple fresh or canned, slices
  • 3 tbsp apricot jam
  • 2 tsp maraschino cherry liqueur

Sweet Omelette

  • 6 egg
  • 2 egg yolk
  • ½ to 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche or heavy cream
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract optional
  • 1 pinch salt
  • butter for cooking
  • icing sugar for dusting

Notes

  • I made half of the above dose for the pictures.
