Ingredients
Filling
- 3 pineapple fresh or canned, slices
- 3 tbsp apricot jam
- 2 tsp maraschino cherry liqueur
Sweet Omelette
- 6 egg
- 2 egg yolk
- ½ to 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche or heavy cream
- ½ tsp vanilla extract optional
- 1 pinch salt
- butter for cooking
- icing sugar for dusting
Notes
- I made half of the above dose for the pictures.
