  • ¾ cup butter melted, 6 oz / 170 g
  • ½ cup (4 fl oz/120 ml) buttermilk (at room temperature)
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil 2 fl oz / 60 ml
  • 2 egg at room temperature, large
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour 10 oz / 284 g
  • 1 recipe Peanut Butter Frosting
