Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 bags butternut squash Mann’s brand, Zig Zags cut
- 5 cups chicken stock more if you want it to be more soup-y
- 11 oz baby spinach
- 500 grams cheese tortellini frozen
- salt to taste
- black pepper
- garlic powder
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large skillet or a dutch oven. Stir in Mann’s Butternut Squash Zig Zags, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- After the butternut squash has soften, add in the chicken stock
- Add in the baby spinach and then the frozen tortellini. Let it come up to a boil before lower it down to a simmer.
- Following the direction of the tortellini to ensure it's cooked through and it serve.
