Onion Salad | Easy Indian Onion Salad
Description
This basic Indian Onion Salad uses thin slices of fresh onion rings well coated with a blend of red chili powder and optional chaat masala, adding a spicy and tangy punch. Fresh herbs like mint or coriander give brightness and a cooling contrast. Lemon juice or vinegar adds acidity, balancing the sharpness of the onion and red chili.
