Oreo Fudge (With Video)

Oreo Fudge is an easy, creamy 3 ingredient sweet treat the whole family will love. With condensed milk, white chocolate plus crushed Oreo cookies it's a fast microwave fudge recipe too.

Ingredients

Servings
  • 133 g Oreo cookies 1 pack
  • 395 g sweetened condensed milk
  • 500 g white chocolate

Instructions

  1. Grease and line a 20cm (8 inch) square pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Roughly chop the Oreos and set aside.
  3. Pour the sweetened condensed milk into a medium-sized microwave-safe bowl.
  4. Break the white chocolate into squares then add to the bowl. Microwave in 30 second bursts (mixing between each burst) until melted and smooth.
  5. Add the chopped Oreos to the white chocolate mixture (reserving some for decoration if you like) and stir to combine.
  6. Pour fudge mixture into prepared pan and spread out evenly, sprinkling reserved chopped Oreo pieces over the top of the fudge (if using) and place in the fridge to set.
  7. Once set, slice into pieces.

Notes

  • *Please note that the amount of calories per serve is provided as a guide only, as ingredients and cooking methods can vary greatly*
  • I chop the Oreos with a knife, but you could pop them into a plastic bag and crush them with a rolling pin if you like too. This way you will end up with smaller pieces of cookie throughout the fudge.
  • Even though we aren't baking this dessert, it's still best to grease the pan with butter and line it with parchment paper/baking paper. This will help you get the fudge out of the pan or baking dish once it's set.
  • Reserve some of the chopped Oreos to sprinkle over the top of the fudge at the end if you like.
  • The size of the container you set the fudge in can vary from what I have used, you will just have a thicker or thinner layer of fudge.
