Description
This recipe creates a layered dessert bar starting with a base of graham cracker crumbs combined with melted butter pressed into a 9x13 pan. Sweetened condensed milk is poured over this crust, evenly coating it, providing a sticky and sweet binder for the toppings. Sprinkled on top are mini chocolate chips, marshmallow bits, and chopped stuffed Oreos, which melt and soften slightly during baking.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk 1 can
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup marshmallow bits Jet Puffed brand
- 1 cup stuffed oreos about 6, chopped, Mega brand
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 9x13 pan with parchment paper and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
- Stir graham cracker crumbs together with melted butter until moist. Press this into the bottom on the prepared pan creating an even thin layer.
- Pour sweetened condensed milk overtop, spreading to cover the bottom crust evenly. Sprinkle with mini chocolate chips, marshmallow bits and oreos.
- Bake 15-20 minutes or until edges are golden and bars are set. Cool to room temperature, cut into bars and serve.
