Ingredients

Servings

Crust

  • 26 Oreo cookies crushed
  • 6 tablespoons butter melted

Filling

  • 20 Oreo cookies divided
  • 8 ounces cream cheese room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons butter room temperature
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup heavy cream whipped

Instructions

Crust

  1. In a food processor, add the Oreos with the filling in them. Pulse until the Oreos are fine crumbs.
  2. Add the melted butter and pulse until the crumbs are completely coated with the butter.
  3. Place in a 9-inch pie plate and firmly and evenly press into the bottom and sides of the pie plate.
  4. Place in the fridge to firm up while preparing the filling.

Filling

  1. Add 10 of the Oreos in the food processor. Pulse until mostly crumbs.
  2. Chop the other 10 coarsely with a knife. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, add in the cream cheese. Using a hand mixer, beat on medium speed until the cream cheese is smooth and creamy.
  4. Add in the butter, sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until well combined. Scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl.
  5. Add in the Oreo crumbs and the heavy cream. Beat on low speed until the heavy cream begins to form soft peaks. Turn hand mixer up to medium speed and beat until stiff peaks form.
  6. Fold in the chopped Oreo pieces.
  7. Scoop the Oreo filling into the Oreo crust and spread the filling evenly to the sides of the pie.
  8. Cover and place in the fridge to chill overnight or until set.
  9. Slice and serve.
  10. Store covered or in an airtight container in the fridge.

  • Thaw: Thaw in the fridge overnight before you go to eat or eat it straight from the freezer.
