Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Add the whole Oreo cookies to a food processor and pulse into fine crumbs. Pour the crumbs into a bowl and stir in melted butter.
  3. Press mixture evenly and firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9 inch pie dish (I like to use the back of a small measuring cup to press). Bake for 10-12 minutes. Set aside to cool

  • The crust can be made up to a day ahead and stored covered in the refrigerator.
  • To freeze the crust, press it into a freezer-safe dish, cover tightly with plastic wrap and foil, and freeze up to 2 months. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator before filling.
