Oreo Pudding Poke Cake Recipe
Description
Oreo Pudding Poke Cake starts with a chocolate cake mix baked as directed in a 9x13 pan. While still warm, holes are poked evenly across the cake surface. Oreo-flavored instant pudding mixed with milk is poured over the cake so it fills the holes, creating a moist and flavorful interior after chilling. The cake is refrigerated for at least an hour to allow the pudding to set.
Before serving, the cake is topped with whipped cream and crushed Oreos which add creaminess and crunchy texture. The combination delivers a soft, moist cake infused with pudding flavor alongside the crisp cookie pieces on top.
Ingredients
- 1 box chocolate cake mix (and all ingredients on box)
- 2 boxes Instant pudding mix 3.4 oz boxes, Oreo flavor
- 3 cups milk 2% or higher
- 8 oz Whipped Cream
- 10 Oreo cookies crushed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Make cake as directed on package using a 9x13 pan.
- While cake is still semi-warm, poke holes into your cake about 1-inch apart. I used the end of wooden spoon.
