  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. rosemary finely chopped, plus more for garnish, fresh

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Combine beets, olive oil, and ¼ teaspoon salt in a large zip-top bag and toss until beets are completely coated.
