													This Pad Thai sauce is easy to make ahead with soy sauce, fish sauce, tamarind, and other kitchen staples - refrigerate to make Pad Thai at home anytime!

                                Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons fish sauce
 - 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
 - 2 tablespoons tamarind paste or use 1 tablespoon tamarind concentrate
 - 2 tablespoons chili-garlic sauce or use sriracha
 - 2 tablespoons palm sugar or use brown sugar
 - 2 tablespoons water
 - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
 
Instructions
- Whisk all of the ingredients together in a small bowl.
 - Store and refrigerate in a sealed container until ready to use.
