Ingredients

  • 2 salmon cut into half and cleaned, heads
  • ¾ cup bitter melon leaves optional
  • 3 ginger sliced, thumbs
  • 8 tablespoons coconut vinegar
  • 2 cups coconut cream
  • 3 pieces green chili pepper long
  • 1 red onion optional, small
  • 5 cloves garlic crushed
  • 4 Thai chili chopped
  • 1 ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper ground
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Combine salmon, ginger, garlic, onion, chili, vinegar, and water. Let boil.
  2. Add long green pepper. Cover and continue to cook in medium heat for 5 minutes.
  3. Pour-in coconut cream. Stir. Allow the mixture to re-boil. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
  4. Add bitter melon leaves. Stir.
  5. Season with salt and ground black pepper.
  6. Transfer to a serving plate. Serve.
  7. Share and enjoy!
