Ingredients
- 600 g potato cut into chips
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 0.5 tablespoon garlic granules
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to to 200°C/180°C(fan)/400°F/Gas 6.
- Cut600 g Potato into chips and put them into a bowl.
- Pour over 2 tablespoon Olive oil and add 0.5 tablespoon Garlic granules, 1 tablespoon Paprika and 1 pinch Sea salt and ground black pepper. Mix well so that all the chips are coated.
- Put the coated chips onto a baking tray and arrange in a single layer.
- Cook for 45-50 minutes, turning occasionally.
