Party Mix Recipe

Report
This Party Mix combines Chex cereal varieties with pretzels and nuts, coated in a buttery, seasoned sauce flavored with Worcestershire, garlic, onion powder, and seasoned salt, then baked until crisp. The coated mixture develops a crunchy, savory snack perfect for gatherings or casual nibbling. The baking process ensures thorough coating and toasty flavor.

Description

The Party Mix Recipe blends three types of Chex cereal—rice, corn, and wheat—with mini pretzels, mixed nuts, and cashews. These dry ingredients are combined in a bowl, then tossed with a warm butter mixture infused with Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, garlic, and onion powders. This flavorful coating adheres to the mix components evenly.

The coated mixture is spread onto a rimmed baking sheet and baked at 300°F for 30 to 40 minutes, stirring halfway through to brown uniformly. This slow baking crisps the cereals and nuts, intensifying the seasoning and resulting in a crunchy texture with layers of savory taste. The blend appeals to those looking for a seasoned snack with varied textures.

Serve the party mix in bowls for casual snacking at events or as a salty treat alongside drinks. The mix stores well, making it a convenient make-ahead option for entertaining or daily munching.
