Ingredients

Servings
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 ounces
  • 1 container whipped topping Cool Whip 12 ounces
  • 1 pkg cream cheese softened
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 box vanilla pudding mix 5 oz, instant French
  • 6-8 banana sliced
  • 2 bags Chessmen cookies

Instructions

  1. Place the cookies in a single layer in the bottom of a 9X13 baking pan.
  2. Layer the sliced bananas on top of the cookies in the pan.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and the milk.  Set aside to thicken.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat together the cream cheese with the sweetened condensed milk until combined and smooth.
  5. Gently stir in the whipped topping (Cool Whip) into the cream cheese mixture until just combined.
  6. Then stir the cream cheese mixture into the pudding mixture until just combined.
  7. Spread this mixture evenly into the pan on top of the sliced bananas.
  8. Then spread a layer of cookies evenly on top.
  9. Cover the pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours and then it’s ready to serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • Refrigerate the leftovers, covered for up to 2-3 days.  Enjoy before the cookies get too mushy.
