- 50 ml 1/4 cup, 4 large egg whites
- 1/4 cup fine (berry) white sugar
- 1/2 tsp white vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp cornstarch (cornflour)
- 1 tbsp blood orange zest (from about 1 orange)
Blood Orange Curd:
- 1 cup Blood Orange Curd (see note below) or other citrus curd*
White Chocolate Whipped Cream:
- 1/4 cup whipping cream
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp white chocolate chips
