PB2 Flourless Chocolate Brownies

These PB2 Flourless Chocolate Brownies use powdered peanut butter and cocoa powder as the main dry ingredients, combined with eggs, water, honey, and milk chocolate chips. They create a fudgy, dense brownie texture without flour. The recipe offers a peanut-chocolate flavor blend baked into bars.

Description

PB2 Flourless Chocolate Brownies rely on powdered peanut butter and unsweetened cocoa powder to deliver rich flavor and structure without traditional flour. The eggs and added egg white provide binding and moisture, while honey sweetens naturally. The batter is mixed until smooth and studded with milk chocolate chips for extra chocolate bursts.

Baked at 325°F in a sprayed 9x9-inch pan, the brownies develop a moist yet set texture that holds well for cutting into 12 uniform bars. The lack of flour makes the texture more fudgy and dense compared to classic brownies. The peanut powder imparts a subtle nutty note balancing the cocoa.

These brownies can be made as a gluten-free dessert option if desired. They are suitable for slicing and serving at room temperature or chilled as a snack or treat.
