Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 tablespoons PBfit powder
- 2 cups seedless red grapes
- 5.3 oz. vanilla Greek Yogurt
- ¼ cup whole milk
- 1 cup ice
Instructions
- In a high performance blender combine ingredients in the exact order listed above. Blend for 45 seconds (or on smoothie setting).
- Divide evenly among glasses and enjoy!
Notes
- ¼
- Frozen Fruit - Instead of using ice that can water down the smoothie you can freeze the banana and grapes the night before making and blend without ice.
- Peanut Butter - If you don't have peanut butter powder, don't worry. You can use ¼ cup of creamy peanut butter to the blender.
- Yogurt - Want less tang? Use regular yogurt verse Greek yogurt. I like to use an individual container of yogurt but you can use ¾ cup serving.
