Sweet peaches and spicy green chiles combine to make the perfect summer salsa!

Ingredients
- 3 peaches, diced (peeled if you don't like the skin)
- 1/2 cup diced green chiles
- 1 cup grilled corn, frozen defrosted corn may be used instead
- 1/3 cup diced red onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 1/2 of a lime, juiced
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and toss together until combined. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
