Ingredients
For the Popsicle:
- 1 coconut cream canned
- 3 peaches skinned
- 1 pinch cardamom

- 1/4 cup honey
Instructions
For the Popsicle:
- Peel the skin off of the peaches.
- Save a few slices for large chunks.
- Add peaches, the entire can of coconut cream, cardamom, honey and vanilla.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add in the large chunks to the popsicle mold.
- Pour blended mixture into mold.
- Cover with a lid.
- Add popsicle sticks.
- Freeze for about 4 hours or overnight.
