Peach Popsicle

These peach popsicles blend skinned peaches with canned coconut cream, honey, vanilla, and a hint of cardamom for a creamy, tropical frozen treat. The mix is smooth yet includes larger peach chunks for texture, delivering a refreshing dessert with subtle spice and natural sweetness.

Description

The Peach Popsicle recipe takes peeled peaches and combines them with canned coconut cream, which adds richness and a creamy mouthfeel. Honey and vanilla provide natural sweetness and aromatic depth, while a pinch of cardamom brings gentle warmth and spice to the flavor profile.

The peaches are blended smoothly but set aside peach slices are added to the mold to introduce pleasant fruit chunks in the finished popsicles. The mixture is poured into molds with sticks and frozen for several hours to firm up, resulting in a refreshing and satisfying frozen dessert.

This preparation avoids added water or artificial sugars, relying on the natural creaminess of coconut cream and sweetness of fruit and honey. The cardamom offers a distinctive note that sets these apart from simpler fruit popsicles.
