- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- 3 cups raspberries 15 oz/426 g, fresh or frozen
- ⅔ cup rolled oats 2 oz/57 g
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup peanuts 2.5 oz/71 g, chopped
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ⅓ cup peanut butter 2.5 oz/71 g
- Topping
- ¼ cup butter melted, 2 oz/57 g
- vanilla ice cream , for serving
