Peanut Butter Balls
Description
This recipe starts by melting peanut butter and butter together, then mixing in powdered sugar along with crispy Rice Krispies cereal and crunchy graham cracker crumbs. The mixture is rolled into one-inch balls and chilled for at least two hours to solidify.
The balls are then dipped into a tempered mixture of melted semisweet chocolate chips and coconut oil, which creates a glossy, smooth coating when cooled. The combination provides a sweet, crunchy inside with a rich chocolate exterior.
These treats are served chilled and make convenient, bite-sized snacks or dessert items with a balance of peanut butter sweetness and chocolate richness.
Ingredients
- 2 cups peanut butter creamy or chunky
- ½ cup butter
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 cups Rice Krispies cereal

Instructions
- Combine peanut butter and butter in a saucepan and melt over medium heat.
