Peanut Butter, Banana, and Honey Cookies
Description
Peanut Butter, Banana, and Honey Cookies blend all-purpose flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon with a creamy mix of butter, sugars, peanut butter, honey, vanilla, and egg. Mashed ripe banana adds moisture and subtle fruit sweetness, while old fashioned oats contribute chewiness and texture.
The dough is dropped by spoonfuls onto lined baking sheets and baked at 350°F until golden and set. Once cooled, a glaze made from peanut butter, powdered sugar, milk, and honey is whisked smooth and drizzled over the cookies, adding a glossy, flavorful finish.
The resulting cookies are soft but chewy, balancing creamy peanut flavors with banana sweetness and a gentle honey sweetness throughout. This recipe is suitable for those who appreciate natural sweeteners and hearty ingredients, delivering a comforting homemade cookie ideal for snacks or dessert.
