Peanut Butter Brownies

Peanut Butter Brownies combine a rich chocolate base with creamy peanut butter swirled throughout. Melted chocolate and butter create a fudgy texture complemented by coconut sugar sweetness and almond milk moisture. The peanut butter swirls add bursts of nutty flavor and a contrasting creamy texture. These brownies bake until set and are best cooled before cutting.

Description

These Peanut Butter Brownies start by melting butter and chocolate chips together to form a smooth chocolate base. Peanut butter is mixed in with eggs, coconut sugar, almond milk, and vanilla extract, adding richness and moisture. Dry ingredients including cocoa powder, all-purpose flour, and sea salt are whisked separately and then combined with the wet mixture to create a batter.

The batter is poured into a prepared 8x8-inch pan, and extra dollops of peanut butter are added on top and swirled with a toothpick to distribute the flavor evenly. Baking at 350°F for about 20–25 minutes produces moist brownies with a fudgy texture that still holds its shape.

Allowing the brownies to cool completely improves cutting and texture before serving. Leftovers can be kept at room temperature or refrigerated and freeze well for extended storage.
