  • 1 large egg + 1 large egg yolk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 cups chocolate chips semisweet or milk chocolate would work great

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9×9 pan with parchment paper (or lightly grease and flour the pan).
  2. Using an electric mixer, cream together butter, peanut butter, and sugars until well combined.
  3. Add egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract and stir well.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  5. Gradually add flour mixture to butter mixture until completely combined.
  6. Add milk and stir again until mixture is well incorporated.
